Welcome to WinkyCart. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of winkycart.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product details, images, and prices accurately. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you before processing the order.
Product availability is subject to stock. We do not guarantee that all items listed are in stock at all times.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability).
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. An additional charge may apply on COD orders as displayed at checkout.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines communicated at checkout or on the product page. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. WinkyCart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the WinkyCart name, logo, product images, graphics, text, and design — is the property of WinkyCart or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
